Seaweed crisps

This is my first blogpost and i'm going to start with something simple.

I have previously made some of the seaweed crisps for snacks and my hubby kept muching it in front of the TV. He loved it and requested for more. Since CNY is also around the corner, I decide to make some for family members.

Seaweed crisps

10 pieces of roasted seaweed
10 pieces of poh piah skin
1 egg, lightly beaten

Method:

1. Spread some beaten egg on the poh piah skin (the egg is to enable both the seaweed and poh piah skin stick together
2. Place the seaweed on the poh piah skin.
3. Cut the skin into strips (about 1.5cm (W) X 8cm (L)).
4. Roll both ends together and apply some egg to stick both ends.
5. Heat up some oil in a saucepan and deep fry until the poh pah skin turn brown.
